Debra is the HR Partner of the BWCI Group and a Partner in our Pensions Consultancy team. She advises a range of local, UK and international clients on employee benefit issues and is a member of our Employee Benefits Research Group.

Debra joined BWCI in 2006 after transferring from a leading UK actuarial consultancy and became a Partner of the Group in 2014. She became a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in 2005 and holds a UK Scheme Actuary Certificate.
