Key Responsibilities

We are looking for talented individuals to join our team to support thedelivery of our consultancy services. This would suit candidates with a knackfor problem-solving, strong mathematical and communication skills, and adesire to grow professionally. Our diverse client base includes insurancecompanies, charitable trusts and the trustees and employers of pensionschemes. The role will develop you to be able to play a crucial part indelivering consulting projects which require the team to:

  • Produce advisory reports and presentations
  • Liaise with clients’ advisors and stakeholders
  • Manage tasks effectively to deliver projects to stakeholders
  • Represent the company professionally and effectively with clients, investment managers, and other parties

You will have the opportunity to develop skills and experience within one or more of the business’s specialist teams, for example investment consultancy or insurance. Full support will be provided to enable you to progress towards an agreed professional qualification

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and mathematical skills are essential. An A Level in maths is essential, and a relevant degree (2.i or higher) is generally expected.
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including use of Word, Excel, and E-mail, is required due to the high degree of computer use in this role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must. You should be able to work independently on assigned tasks after an initial briefing and also thrive as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a financial services office environment is advantageous but is not a prerequisite.
