Publications and Documentation Officer

This is a full time position, however, part time will be considered for the right candidate. We offer flexibility with our working hours.
This role is responsible for assisting in the production of a wide range of client and corporate documentation and publications. This also extends to social media activities on a group wide basis, including Island Global Research. The duties of this include but are not limited to:

What you would be doing

  • Assisting with the design and production of client documentation which may include booklets, reports, presentations and creating fillable PDF forms
  • Assisting with the production and updating of documents on a group wide basis, including BWCI’s quarterly newsletter
  • Assisting with the BWCI blog and the design/production of social media posts on a group wide basis
  • Assisting with the artwork design for adverts, posters and other marketing material
  • Assisting with the production and sending of communication campaigns using email marketing software
  • Assisting with communications for BWCI’s PR activities and its general activities
  • Assisting with the production of videos and animation using PowerPoint, voiceover software, and digital content software
  • Assisting in the rebranding of booklets and forms etc for pension documentation

Skills and experience required

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in the use of design software such as InDesign, Illustrator and/or Photoshop
  • Proof reading experience would be beneficial but not essential
  • Experience in the production and/or amendment of documentation is desirable
  • Experience with using PowerPoint would be beneficial

The ideal candidate would be able to

  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in their work
  • Work quickly and efficiently in amending documentation
